Easy Green Smoothie Bowl
Serves 2
This is a great smoothie recipe if you feel like something healthy, filling and sweet. After an indulgent weekend I often make this bowl, and try to focus on its lovely colours as flashbacks of me bathing in a mountain of doughnuts appear in my mind.This smoothie bowl does not judge. Enjoy this vegan, raw and delightfully fresh treat!

Ingredients
  1. 1 green apple
  2. 1 banana, peeled
  3. 2 tbs chia seeds
  4. 1 tsp ground vanilla seeds
  5. 1 cup kale
  6. 1 cup coconut water
  7. Toppings, such as puffed quinoa, oats, pumpkin seeds, kiwi fruit and strawberries
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into a bowl and top with your favourite garnishes!
