This is a great smoothie recipe if you feel like something healthy, filling and sweet. After an indulgent weekend I often make this bowl, and try to focus on its lovely colours as flashbacks of me bathing in a mountain of doughnuts appear in my mind.This smoothie bowl does not judge. Enjoy this vegan, raw and delightfully fresh treat!
Easy Green Smoothie Bowl
- 1 green apple
- 1 banana, peeled
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground vanilla seeds
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup coconut water
- Toppings, such as puffed quinoa, oats, pumpkin seeds, kiwi fruit and strawberries
- Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
- Pour mixture into a bowl and top with your favourite garnishes!
