Vegan Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie
Serves 2
Chocolatey, creamy, rich and delicious - what more could you ask for?! This smoothie is all of those things, plus vegan, sugar free, gluten free and dairy free.

Ingredients
  1. 2 frozen bananas
  2. 2 cups vegan milk (homemade almond milk is delicious in this recipe!)
  3. 2 1/2 tbs cacao
  4. 2 tbs peanut butter, or to taste
  5. 2 tbs date paste, or to taste
  6. 1 tbs chia seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp ground vanilla beans
  8. Cacoa nibs and extra peanut butter, if desired
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 2 minutes, or until smooth
  2. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and extra peanut butter if desired!
Notes
  1. Date paste can be made by placing dates in a food processor (adding water if needed) until a smooth paste is formed
